The business will have a return on investment of around 5% per annum, of which 3% is guaranteed, and has a 6 month corporate guarantee from Kategora®. The remaining 2% is distributed from the net annual result of the operation, which will be public for the owners and auditable.
The operation, as well as the daily management, will be carried out by KORA ANDORRA, who will be in charge of everything related to the tourist use of the building.
The owners will have one week a year to use the flat of their property, and a discount scheme to use it during the year, in the different seasons.
The investment is also suitable for passive residence.
